Black is definitely a good movie.Bhansali has tackled a very difficult topic with great perfection.
Amitji, Rani and the little girl, who played Rani’s childhood character, have performed amazingly.
Its certainly the toufghest mivie ever seen by me.Such movies ain’t made for entertainment.You can appreciate only if u try to feel the movie. black is definitly a great movie… iske baare mein itna kluch kaha ja chuka hai.. ki ab mera kuch kahena bekar hai… but really it was surprisingly nice movie…khushi huyi ki nbahut dino baad hindi film industry mein koi achchi movie bani hai…
do you people think that this movie should go for oscars as an indian entry.. angoor(sanjeev kumar in double role)

Really good movies chupke chupke, Golmal, Mera Naam Joker, Lamhe, Lagaan… the list goes on. And ofcourse Namak Halaal, Shaan, Sholay and Amar Akber Anthony for absolute formula types.
Andaz apna apna for goofy fun.
Others don’t even come close.
Edit: If I have to pick any one film to watch anyday, I would pick Namak Halaal.

Edit more: Its a sacrilege to exclude films by Mithunda and Govinda. But kyaa karron, I would have had to put all of them in hey saathiya is not a just ordinary movie
my dear.. saathiya was also a class movie. what an irony abt you guyz.. ek taraf tumhe sid ka character bahut pasand hai . … wahin saathiya tumhe ordinary lagti hai.. it was a very decent and impressive picturisation of emotions of two lovers.. and sid was not a logical thinker but was an emotional guy, who wants to live in his dreamworld.. Two movie which i missed mentioning before in my fav movie list..

(par yahan mujhe koi kavita to nahin mili.. sorry kavita,if you are here).. to kyon naa aapas mein apni favorite hindi movie ke baare mein discuss karein.. well meri favorite movie hai .. HUM TUm.. really.. concept ekdum naya thaa.. aur mujhe lagta hai.. it was not too far away frm reality.. whatd ya think?? My favourite Hindi Movie is Anand ..then Saathiya , Dil Chahta Hai, Makdee, Dil Se, Yuva, Abhimaan, Deewar…..Meri pasand ki movies hain:
1)DCH (hamari gen ka koi banda kisi aur movi ko #1 kaise kah sakta hai)Simply superb.
2)Lagaan
3)Border
4)K3G(ya that jad some crap,still SRK and BigB wer gr8)

I’ve placed DCH as third best.Movie was great but most of the part related to Akshay Khanna was a big CHAT.
Shaad Ali’s Saathiya is better than DCH.
Though its clear by my list still I think I should mention : Hrishikesh Mukherjee and Maniratnam ka jawaab nahi. dear..bollywood mein har saal 400 movies release hoti hain.. and you even don’t know abt them.. fir kisi movie ke liye itna jhagda kyon.. well meri kuch aur all time favs..

these days i’m listening the song “tu hi meri shab hai….” of gangster movie that makes me a feeling of those moments which i’d spent with my freinds.and so as my onesided crush who got married and shuld be as we don’t had any conversation and so as don’t having any aquintances.i had only seen her and only seen ……that’s how i know her.quite sad!

but life moves on and i won’t be having these pals after 16 days.as we’re leaving college.

just had a random thought while doing some studying u know how that happens.. anywayz the thought was that we seem to have members in this community from a wide range of different cultures and countries… but alot seem to be Asianyy if you know what i mean!!

so just thought…b HONEST who of u, is into bollywood songs…films.. etc.. like is there anything that u like from them??

Like I am going to be compleetly honest, i just LOVE bollywood songs, but not the new ones, i am talking about old, black and white era songs, like

If I could only listen to one of these I would choose number 3 - Pal Pal Dil Ke Pas. Its a beautiful song and has special memories for me: it is the second Kishore Kumar song I ever heard and on my 33rd bithday last year a dear friend of mine called all the way from India just to wish me and sing that song for me!  Kuchh To Log Kahenge…
i simply love d tune and lyrica…and ofcourse d expressions in Kishore da’s voice…wat a lovely song with thought-provoking message…for all ages 2 come… the best song
OF course its mere naina sawwan bhado! its a song that mesmerizes us no matter how many times v listen to it!Pal Pal Dilke Pas…
this song is very beutiful but how can you ignore hime tum se pyar kitana from Kudarat yaar for me each and every song of kishore da is precious……
