Nukkad

Has Characters: Guru, Khopdi(drunkard),Hari(cycle repair guy), Teacher ji, Radha, Chhotu, Gupta Ji, Kadar bhai(Avtar Gill) etc etc.
I hope you remember this serial.
Nitika, Byomkesh Bakshi was my favourite serial, too It was telecast on Saturday. Great performance by Rajat Kapur and …forgot the name of his assistant (who played Ameer Khusro and was main character in Lifeline…..hey, anybody help me).

Manoranjan

A comedy serial simultaneously showing sad reality about the plight of strugglers and junior artists in our film indusry.
I don’t remember the name of the actors in the serial but just know that many of Nukkad’s artists acted in it.
The fun part was that we had given names to many of our classmates inspired by this serial’s characters….e.g. Amarbir was called Mamaji. ….am I right? Help me recall more about it if any one remembers.
Karamchand
A late night detective tv serial, with famous actors Pankaj Kapoor(as karamchand), Sushmita Mukherjee(Kitty)< her famous dialogue was -”SIR U R GENIUS”..& KaramChand used to eat carrots.

After a loooong time, i watched films at home…. as i switched on the TV after so many days…

Yesterday i really wanted to watch Humko Deewana Kar Gaye, but couldnt… This morning i switched on the Tv and found that this movie just ended!  The credits were being shown then

Aashiq Banaya Aapne just started… and since i wanted to watch something romantic, i watched it again… especially for Emraan, Sonu Sood and the music… but they cut the main song  the title track…. Anyway, the movie wasn’t bad, as i was watching it for the 3rd time i guess…

Next I watched Lakshya… as usual liked it alot… especially Hrithik… just too good!

Also watched a few scenes of The Hero - love story of a spy… for Preity
